Refund & Return Policy

At JerseyOUTF.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your options.


🔁 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items returned beyond 30 days are not eligible for a refund.


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys (e.g., player names or numbers)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage not caused by our error


📦 3. Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will send you a Return Authorization and instructions

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


💸 4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


🔄 5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. To request an exchange, please email us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you


🧾 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
